Vicki was employed by me as a Concierge for a three week project with a heavy and varied workload. We developed a good rapport from the start.
Vicki undertook a variety of research and interacted with outside offices in person and over the telephone and provided input into discussions. She also undertook a variety of support services like opening and sorting mail, responding to emails, taking phone messages, going to the supermarket and post office for me.
Vicki created documents and ensured outcomes were timely. She had an excellent attitude, worked quickly and efficiently and was meticulous in checking items to ensure they were correct and complete. Vicki was ready to change tasks when required.
