Hi, I’m Vicki Koutroubas and I created Your Personal Organiser in 2012 to help busy professionals in their home and home office. I’m an organiser and concierge in Perth, Western Australia, just think of me as your assistant Perth for your professional and personal life, decluttering your home and bringing it back to life and ticking items off your to-do list.
I enjoy providing a confidential and personal service to busy professional men and women, families, stay at home and working mums in the western suburbs of Perth. How did I get into organising? While I was working at one of Perth’s leading universities, I noticed people and offices around me needed organising. I found myself decluttering and organising stationery cabinets, a store room and my office. For a busy school I created a system to maintain the copier area, office equipment, office supplies and their kitchenette, all running to a schedule. I really enjoyed this work and it was well received.

During my leisure time you’ll find me in zumba classes, spending time with my niece and walking along the water.
I grew up in the western suburbs and have always enjoyed the beautiful beaches of Perth.
