Hi I’m Vicki Koutroubas, I created Your Personal Organiser in 2012 to help busy professionals in their home and home office. I’m an organiser and concierge in Perth, Western Australia, just think of me as your assistant Perth for your professional and personal life, decluttering your home and bringing it back to life and ticking items off your to-do list.
I enjoy providing a confidential and personal service to busy professional men and women, families, stay at home and working mums in the western suburbs of Perth. How did I get into organising? While I was working at one of Perth’s leading universities, I noticed people and offices around me needed organising. I found myself decluttering and organising stationery cabinets, a store room and my office. For a busy school I created a system to maintain the copier area, office equipment, office supplies and their kitchenette, all running to a schedule. I really enjoyed this work and it was well received.
By working together to declutter and organise your home you will find peace and clarity in your home and a sense of freedom decluttering brings. With renewed energy and motivation you’ll be wondering, why did it take me this long to get organised?
During my leisure time you’ll find me in zumba classes, spending time with my niece and walking along the water.
I grew up in the western suburbs and have always enjoyed the beautiful beaches of Perth.

Vicki was employed by me as a Concierge for a three week project with a heavy and varied workload. We developed a good rapport from the start.
Vicki undertook a variety of research and interacted with outside offices in person and over the telephone and provided input into discussions. She also undertook a variety of support services like opening and sorting mail, responding to emails, taking phone messages, going to the supermarket and post office for me.
Vicki created documents and ensured outcomes were timely. She had an excellent attitude, worked quickly and efficiently and was meticulous in checking items to ensure they were correct and complete. Vicki was ready to change tasks when required.
